Time for another round of the Roskilde Festival

The largest culture and music festival in northern Europe – Roskilde Festival has been entertaining fans since 1971 – and is doing its 52nd edition in 2024. The festival has grown steadily in popularity and size and now attracts some 90,000 people annually from all over the world who come to enjoy a diverse mix of music, arts – and camping.

Among the bands announced, we’ll find headliners like Foo Fighters, SZA, PJ Harvey and Jungle. With heaps of bands, the music line-up for the 52nd edition of Northern Europe’s largest festival is promising something extra.

Roskilde is more than a festival – “More Than Music” – with its focus on art, social happenings, and a wide range of campsite tournaments  during the festival week. And it’s a festival week, not festival days, starting on Saturday June 29th, and send people home on Sunday morning July 7th!

About J.N.

Music researcher with an unhealthy passion for music and music festivals. Former studio owner, semi-functional drummer and with a fairly good collection of old analogue synthesizers from the 70's. Indie rock, post rock, electronic/industrial and drum & bass (kind of a mix, yeah?) are usual stuff in my playlists but everything that sounds good will fit in.
