Ljung: A balm for a troubled world

J.N. September 22, 2020

Chromatic musical poetry, full-form in-depth, soul and uniqueness, delivered from Sweden with love.

Gothenburg artist Ljung delivers a full sensory experience through sound where electronica meets electro-pop entwined with 80’s chords coated in alluring vocals. Earlier in 2020 she released debut EP “Eden”, an enchanting plateau of electro-pop synths set with chilling vocals that send our senses into dark electronic territory. Her songs are all gorgeous electropop pieces that masterfully combine slow-strung electronic pads, ethereal arrangements, floating synthetic melodies, and breathy murmurs.

No doubt, she is a gifted and visionary producer on the electronic scene.

About The Author

Music researcher with an unhealthy passion for music and music festivals. Former studio owner, semi-functional drummer and with a fairly good collection of old analogue synthesizers from the 70's. Indie rock, post rock, electronic/industrial and drum & bass (kind of a mix, yeah?) are usual stuff in my playlists but everything that sounds good will fit in.
