Palisades talk Erase The Pain, drawing kissing dolphins and Lzzy Hale’s rocking stilettos

Sophie Dobschall August 23, 2019

I had the chance to talk to Palisades vocalist Lou Miceli when the band stopped over at Download Festival before they took to the Avalanche Stage. Their latest record “Erase The Pain” has propelled the band to new heights and it is evident that they poured their heart and soul into making it. They are definitely in it for the long haul and a look at their full-on touring schedule proves that Palisades are working damn hard to show people what they’re all about.

Check out my interview where Lou and I talk about the circumstances of writing “Erase The Pain”, as well as drawing on drumheads (with some dubious fan suggestions…), what movie made him cry recently and which woman in rock he stans.
